Representative Jerrold Nadler talked about the role that Bush Administration lawyers played in developing interrogation polices that resulted in abuse of some detainees in U.S. custody and control. He also responded to telephone calls and electronic mail.

Today’s hearing is the fourth on the topic detainee interrogation rules.

Former Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Doug Feith is scheduled to be a witness. He was subpoenaed to appear at today’s hearing after he did not turn up for a June 18 hearing at which he was scheduled to be a witness. close
