They looked at the effect international radio had on Eastern Europe during the Cold War, and on the Middle East during the Persian Gulf War. Much was said on the power and impact of foreign radio correspondents in places where these events took place from broadcasters from Britain, the Middle East, Germany and Voice of America. They answered audience questions. close
