Alice Rivlin talked at the annual convention of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants about the finances of the District of Columbia. She looked at the future of the Washington, DC economy. She also talked about the need for budget cutbacks for the city. Ms. Rivlin was also the first director of the Congressional Budget Office, and served in the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare. close
