Zalman Shoval discussed the Middle East peace talks and took questions from reporters. The peace talks, which have been taking place in Washington, DC over the last two weeks, were suspended on Wednesday, and are scheduled to resume on January 7th. Israeli Ambassador to the United States Shoval said the negotiations between countries in the Middle East during the previous ten days had been valuable in the quest for peace in the region. close
