Last fall two journalists produced stories based on leaked information concerning allegations of sexual harrassment by Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas. The U.S. Senate called for a special counsel to investigate the leaks and to determine if Senate rules were broken. The two journalists were subpoenaed for questions and both refused to reveal their sources. The Freedom Forum hosted a panel discussion on "Congressional Leaks and Subpoenas of Journalists". Mr. Phelps is one of the journalists subpoenaed because of the Thomas leak. close
