A press conference by House Ethics Committee Chairman Representative McHugh and Ranking Member Representative Hansen on the list of House Members and former members who wrote bad checks and how the list was formulated. A short list was previously released. The new list had over 150 appeals from those members on it. Rep. McHugh described the function of the bank and the conditions that led to the overdrafts from member accounts. Rep. Hanson described the members reactions who were on the list and what would be happening to those members. close
