President Bush appeared in the Rose Garden to sign an Executive Order concerning America’s unions and union dues. He spoke briefly about the order and did not take questions. President Bush wanted to let workers know that they do not have to support their union politically. This means that federally contracted workers can be reimbursed for part of their dues if they disagree with their union’s political views. close
