Ernest Preate, Pennsylvania’s Attorney General, discussed the Supreme Court case Planned Parenthood v. Casey, due to come up for arguments on April 22, 1992. Mr. Preate will defend before the Supreme Court the Pennsylvania state law that would place “roadblocks” in the path of women seeking abortions in the state of Pennsylvania. He discussed the basis for the Pennsylvania law, and the relation of the current case before the Supreme Court and the Court’s decision in Roe v. Wade. close
