The program covered the reactions of people involved in the United States Supreme Court case Planned Parenthood v. Casey. At issue is a Pennsylvania law that restricts abortion services. Those opposed to the law say it is unconstitutional under the high court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade decision. The State of Pennsylvania, however, argues that the law’s restrictions are reasonable. Despite the on-going arguments, many people agree that this case could be a vehicle to overturn the court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling, which legalized the right to have an abortion. close
