Cameras followed a congressional delegation made up of members of the Senate Select Committee on P.O.W./M.I.A. Affairs as they visited Vietnam to investigate sightings of American servicemen held as P.O.W.'s in Southeast Asia and to improve relations with the country of Vietnam. Members of the delegation included Senator John Kerry (D-Massachusetts), Sen. Charles Robb (D-Virginia), Sen. Hank Brown (R-Colorado), Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), and Sen.
