The U.S. Chamber of Commerce sponsored a forum on the Occupation Health and Safety Act entitled, “OSHA Enforcement and Reform: How Will the Scales Be Tipped?” The panelists discussed legislation currently in the House and Senate that would reform OSHA and increase the legal burden on employers, and whether OSHA should be expanded.
