Senator Mitch McConnell R-KY, member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, addressed an audience on the third anniversary of the crackdown on dissidents in Tiananmen Square in Beijing, China by the Chinese government. Sen. McConnell, author of the U.S.-Hong Kong Policy Act of 1992, spoke on the future of U.S. foreign policy concerning Hong Kong and China. Sen.
