Mr. Reilly, head of the U.S. delegation to the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, held a news conference during the conference to delineate the U.S. plans to improve the world’s environment. Mr. Reilly discussed the contribution of the U.S. to the conference, better known as the Earth Summit, and the U.S. stance on biodiversity.
