Democratic presidential nominee Gov. Bill Clinton and his running mate Sen. Albert Gore spoke to supporters at a rally to send off the candidates on a eight state campaign bus tour. The rally, which occurred the day after the Democratic National Convention, was held outside the Hotel Intercontinental in New York, NY, beside the campaign buses. The rally also featured remarks in support of Gov. Clinton by former officials in the New York campaign for independent presidential candidate Ross Perot who advocated their support for Gov.
