Then members debated HR 5678: A bill that would appropriate $22.3 billion in FY'93 for the Departments of Commerce-Justice-and State, including the Federal Judiciary and related agencies. The total appropriations are $1.5 million less than FY'92 funding and $1.5 billion less than the amount requested by the Administration. The House closed with Special Order Speeches. close
