As part of a series on state ballot measures, Tom Lucero and Carmen Rhodes spoke about Amendment 54 in Colorado. The initiative prohibits unions and persons doing business with state from contributing to campaigns. Oregon also has a similar measure on the ballot, measure 64. They spoke from Denver bot in support and opposition to the measure, and responded to telephone calls and electronic mail. close
