John Kiriakou and Steve Kleinman discussed the legal and moral ambiguities of their missions and examined how far the U.S. should go to ensure the safety of its citizens. John Kiriakou is an agent of the Central Intelligence Agency and was leader of the team that captured and interrogated al-Qaeda operative Abu Zubaydah. Air Force Reserve Colonel Steve Kleinman is a veteran military interrogator who testified about torture before a House Judiciary Subcommittee.
