A Secular Age
Charles Taylor is professor emeritus of philosophy at McGill University. He is the author of Sources of the Self: The Making of the Modern Identity and The Ethics of Authenticity.
Charles Taylor was awarded the the 2008 Henry Paolucci/Walter Bagehot Book Award for his book, A Secular Age. In the book, Professor Taylor looks at the history of secularism and its relationship to religion.
