The United States-China Economic and Security Review Commission (USCC), released its 2008 Report to Congress, which is the sixth major report released by the USCC since its inception. The commission cited Chinese cyber-attacks, authoritarian rule, and trade violations as impediments to U.S. economic and national security interests, and offered 45 recommendations to Congress about the direction of U.S.-China relations. close
