Allen Fishbeing moderated a panel discussion with Frank Ford, Faith Schwartz, and Alys Cohen on mitigating the impact of mortgage foreclosures on consumers. Topics included outreach efforts, a moratorium no foreclosures, eliminating tax consequences for borrowers getting loan modification, and government intervention. Following their discussion, panel members responded to questions from the audience.
