Buron Folsom talked about his book New Deal or Raw Deal?: How FDR’s Economic Legacy has Damaged America (Simon and Schuster Threshold Editions; November 4, 2008). He contends that FDR’s New Deal legislation was deeply flawed and he is critical of President Franklin Roosevelt’s other political and economic plans as well as the former presidents personal life and legacy. He responded to questions from members of the audience.
