Mayor Jay Williams talked about some of the economic and law enforcement initiatives that his city has implemented to revitalize itself. Following his remarks he responded to audience members' questions.

Jay Williams is the 47th mayor of Youngstown, Ohio. He is the first African-American to be elected mayor of Youngstown, and having been elected at 34 years of age, he is its youngest. Mr. Williams was also the first independent candidate to win the mayoral seat in more than eighty years.
