Clyde Prestowitz talked about Japan’s current economic status and its impact globally. Japan, the second largest economy in the world, has taken a drastic downturn in the last three months. Experts say a large part of the downturn can be traced to a sharp decrease in exports to other countries. Mr. Prestowitz responded to telephone calls, electronic mail, and Rocky Mount (NC) High School students who participated via Skype. close
