Hunter Gill StudentCam Contest Winner

Hunter Gill talked about the video he produced, Liberal Arts Education: A Strategy to Save the Nation, one of the middle school section third prize-winning videos. He is home schooled in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. He was interviewed via Skype video from the C-SPAN newsroom.

C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest was a national competition in which middle and high school students produced a documentary exploring an issue of national significance that they believe is in need of urgent attention from the new president of the United States using some C-SPAN footage and covering multiple viewpoints. The local cable company was Comcast.
