At a speech in Isfahan, Iran, on National Nuclear Technology Day Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad talked about the advancements made in Iran’s first nuclear fuel manufacturing plant. He also talked about the “bullying” by the United Nations who have demanded that Iran suspend its uranium enrichment. President Ahmadinejad said his country is open to direct talks with the U.S. and other nations, but the negotiations have to be based on “justice and respect.”
