As part of a project sponsored by C-SPAN to encourage dialog between students and national figures, Jose Antonio Vargas talked to students at Cardoza Senior High School in Washington, D.C. about careers in journalism, specifically at the intersection of politics and the Internet. He answered questions from the students.

Mr. Vargas was part of a Pulitzer Prize-winning team from the Washington Post that reported on the Virginia Tech shootings in 2007. A series of articles he wrote on Washington, D.C., residents living with AIDS is currently being developed into a documentary. close
