Obama Administration and National Security
In his first public remarks as national security adviser, he announced that President Obama would discuss North Korea’s recent atomic test and other belligerent actions during a summit in Moscow with Russian President Dimitri Medvedev. He also said that North Korea’s greatest threat comes from spreading its nuclear technology.
