Actor and advocate Mary Tyler Moore spoke about her work on behalf of diabetes research, prevention and education. She and other representatives of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation talked about the need for further funding, new developments in research, clinical trials being done, and the development of an artificial pancreas.
