Minnesota Senate Ruling Erin McPike talked about the unanimous Minnesota Supreme Court ruling that Al Franken, a former “Saturday Night Live” comedian and liberal commentator, should be certified the winner of the November 2008 Minnesota Senate election. Norm Coleman, the incumbent Senator who Franken challenged, conceded after a lengthy court battle.
