Clean Air Regulation
Gina McCarthy talked about the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) clean air regulations, and she responded to telephone calls and electronic correspondence. Ms. McCarthy testified at the Senate subcommittee hearing on the issue. The EPA is currently working to replace the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and Clean Air Mercury Rule (CAMR) regulations that were previously instituted under the Bush Administration. close
