The House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere held a hearing on the political situation in Honduras following the expulsion of the president by a military coup. Witnesses testified about the events and policies that led to the coup and U.S. efforts to foster dialog between competing factions in Honduras.
