Committee members continued their initial round of questioning with each member allotted 30 minutes to question the nominee.
Part 3 of 5 continued with questioning from Senators Specter and Franken. Senator Specter focused on limits of executive power, how the court decides cases to hear, warrantless wiretapping, and the inclusion of cameras in the courtroom.
