Panelists discussed Russian information warfare strategies. They talked about the use of information technology and propaganda in recent military operations such as the Russian-Georgian conflict, as well as new developments in the use of information technology in support of national security. They also talked about information gathering and reconnaissance, the development of different technological platforms for use in theaters of conflict, and Russian efforts to improve cyber-warfare systems. They also answered questions from the audience.
