The Aspen Institute’s Commission on No Child Left Behind (NCLB) held a public hearing title, “Losing Patience with Chronically Low-Performing Schools: How to Improve School Improvement.” Educators from around the country testified on programs that work or do not work, possibilities for change, and possible strategies and programs to help NCLB become more effective.
