Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke delivered the keynote address at an event on the year following the 2008 financial crisis. In his remarks he said the worst recession since the 1930s is probably over, but he expects unemployment to continue to rise. He said he’s confident Congress will enact new financial rules to prevent a future crisis from happening. close
