At an event to mark the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall in November 1989 and pay tribute to President Ronald Reagan panelists offered their perspectives on why the Wall fell and what its end meant for nations on both sides of the East/West divide. They responded to questions from members of the audience. Matthew Kaminski moderated.
