Steven Gillon talked about his book The Kennedy Assassination - 24 Hours After: Lyndon B. Johnson’s Pivotal First Day as President (Basic Books; (October 6, 2009). In his book Professor Gillon details the hours following the Kennedy assassination on November 22, 1963, and the transfer of the presidency from John F Kennedy to Lyndon B. Johnson. Mr. Gillon utilized newly declassified archival sources to explore the first hours of the Johnson administration. He responded to questions from members of the audience.
