He spoke about the Court of Appeal ruling against his appeal to block intelligence information disclosure about the alleged torture of British resident alien Binyam Mohamed. Mr. Mohamed was captured in 2002 in Pakistan as a terror suspect and later held at the U.S. detention facility at Guantanamo Bay. He was released with all charges against him dropped in February 2009.
