Robert Reich talked about his belief that despite the unemployment rate in March remained at 9.7% and the U.S. economy added 162, 000 thousand jobs, the jobs picture actually still looks bleak. In a recent Wall Street Journal piece he saed that many outsourced jobs will never return and that the median income will likely continue to fall just like it did during the “last so-called recovery.” He also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. close
