Fiscal Year 2011 FBI Budget
Robert Mueller testified on the fiscal year 2011 $8.3 billion budget request for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Among the topics he addressed were the FBI’s efforts to combat current terrorist threats against the U.S. and the increase of mortgage fraud and cyber crime prosecutions. He also talked about increased FBI efforts to investigate Medicare and Medicare fraud because of the enactment of the new health care law. close
