Ross Skidmore testified at the July 20, 2010, hearing of the U.S. Coast Guard and Bureau of Energy Management joint investigation of the circumstances surrounding the April 20, 2010, Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Skidmore testified that BP did not install a device that guards against explosive kicks of gas.

This testimony was during the second day of the third session of hearings of the Deepwater Horizon joint investigation co-chaired by David Dykes and Captain Hung Nguyen. It was held at the Radisson Hotel in Kenner, Louisiana. close
