Michael Waxman talked about House Financial Services Committee recent approval and regulation of Internet gambling, and the Consumer Protection and Enforcement Act introduced by committee Chair Barney Frank. The bill if passed would legalize Internet gambling and set up a framework for licensing and regulating the activity. Mr. Waxman also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
