Gulf Oil Spill and Seafood Safety, Safety Panel

Louisiana shrimpers and environmentalists testified on Gulf of Mexico seafood safety. They generally agreed that seafood was safe for human consumption, but remained concerned about the amount of oil remaining in the Gulf of Mexico.
