Mr. Lee in his remarks blamed the Bush administration’s slow response to help people in New Orleans for more people dying in the aftermath of the disaster. He also discussed his HBO series on Hurricane Katrina and his upcoming series on the BP oil spill. Historian and author Douglas Brinkley moderated. close
