Andrea Fleytas testified via telephone at the U.S. Coast Guard and Bureau of Energy Management joint investigation of the April 20, 2010, Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico. She was the Transocean employee whose job it was to activate the general alarm on the Deepwater Horizon oil rig and said that she did not sound the alarm immediately.

This hearing was the second day of the fifth session of hearings of the Deepwater Horizon joint investigation. close
