From 1932 to 1933, the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking and Currency investigated the causes of the Wall Street Crash of 1929. Two specialists from the Center for Legislative Archives discussed the findings of that Senate investigation and the first-ever federal financial regulation that followed. They showed slides throughout their presentation.
