Panelists talked about their opposition to the new health care law and strategies to fight the law short of an unlikely repeal of the measure in the 112th Congress. Jim Capretta, who has called the health care the “worst bill ever,” talked about its impact on the economy and health care. Other topics included insurance mandates, as well as the administration of doctor practices and hospitals. Following their remarks, panelists answered audience members' questions. close
