Melissa Yu, Katy Becker, and Sara Atkins talked about their video, Net Neutrality: The Federal Government’s Role in Our Online Community, the middle school section first prize winners in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam documentary contest. Net neutrality is a policy that requires Internet providers to allow content providers equal access to networks. The students eighth graders at Farragut Middle School in Knoxville, Tennessee.
