Jacob Berg spoke about his third prize-winning video, The Affordable Health Care Act: A Program of Action, one of the high school section third prize-winning videos in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam documentary contest.. He is a senior at Waukesha West High School in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

C-SPAN’s StudentCam is an annual national video documentary competition that encourages students to think seriously about issues that affect our communities and our nation. Students are asked to create a short (5-8 minute) video documentary on an issue, event, or topic that helped them better understand the role of the federal government in their life or community. close
