President Obama spoke to students, faculty and guests at Kenmore Middle School in Arlington, Virginia. In his remarks he called on Congress to pass a bill changing the No Child Left Behind law before the start of the next school year. He also said he agreed with the goals of the Bush-era law, but more resources were needed, and different techniques were required for evaluating school performance. close
